Ingredients

500 gr. Baby potatoes

50 gr. Olive oil

20 gr. Butter

Garlic oil

Salt

Black ground pepper

Rosemary

 

 

 

 

     

Tip

 

With the same method we can make the potatoes saute with the difference that after we boil we saute them in a non-stick pan.

Method

  1. Put the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.

  2. Add enough salt and pepper grains.

  3. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

  4. Preheat the oven to a high temperature, at 220-250 °C

  5. Drain the potatoes before they are fully cooked as they will continue to cook in the oven.

  6. Cut in half with a knife and transfer them to a pan with baking paper.

  7. Add the olive oil, garlic oil, butter, spices and stir lightly.

  8. Bake the potatoes until nice golden and crisy.

  9. Serve with a sauce of your choice, as an appetizer or as a garnish.
