Pan fried chicken with sweet & sour sauce

Ingredients

FOR THE SAUCE:
30 gr. Orange juice
50 gr. Kiwi
100 gr. Fresh tomato juice
2 gr. Lemon Juice
10 gr. Dijon mustard
10 gr. Brown sugar
Salt
Black pepper
Ginger

FOR THE DISH:
170 gr. Chicken breast in large cubes
170 gr. Chicken leg in medium cubes
60 gr. Mushrooms
60 gr. Red pepper
20 gr. Red semi-sweet wine
10 gr. Balsamic vinegar
Method

FOR THE SAUCE:

Blend all the sauce ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

FOR THE DISH:

Marinate the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and fry it over high heat in a non-stick pan, until it gets a nice golden color.

Add the mushrooms, the peppers and let them cook for 1-2 minutes.

Deglaze with the wine and let the liquid evaporate.

Reduce to medium heat and pour the sauce.

Stir and cook the chicken, for about 5-7 minutes until thick sauce.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the roasted sesame.

Serve the chicken hot.
