Ingredients

 

220 gr. Butter (room temperature)

200 gr. Granulated sugar

150 gr. Brown sugar

15 gr. Salt

5 gr. Baking powder

20 gr. Vanilla extract

100 gr. Eggs

400 gr. Sifted flour

250 gr. Chocolate chopped (dark or milk chocolate)

Method

  1. Put the butter, sugar, salt in the bowl of the mixer and beat them with the flat beater until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is fluffy.

  2. Add the eggs one by one, to incorporate with the mixture and at the end add the vanilla extract.

  3. Put the flour at the end after we have first mixed it with the baking powder, with the pieces of chocolate and beat them on low speed until they are incorporate.

  4. In a baking pan placed 55-65 gr. from the mixture with a large spoon, without pressing the dough and with a distance between them.

  5. Put the pan in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to cool.

  6. Then bake for 13-15 minutes, in preheated oven to 180 ° C fan.

  7. Take out the baking pan and with a jar lightly press the cookies to become flat and carefully transfer them to the oven grill to cool.

  8. In this way we achieve the cookies to be crispy and soft inside.

  9. We serve cookies with either milk or coffee.
