Fried rice with vegetables

and pineapple

Ingredients

Basmati rice

Fresh onion

Ginger

Peppers

Carrot

Pineapple

Tomato

Aromatic butter with garlic

Soy sauce

Salt

Black sesame

Method

  1. Rinse the rice under the water in a colander.

  2. Put a pot with plenty of water on the fire, pour in the rice and let it boil over medium heat.

  3. Taste the rice and as soon as it has reached an al dente point, we strain it and cool it under cold water directly to stop its boiling. (We don't want it to overcook because it will continue to cook in the pan)

  4. Then spread it on a plate and leave it in the fridge.

  5. Saute the ginger, onion in hot wok with sunflower oil and then add the peppers, carrot and pineapple.

  6. Add the rice, let it cooked 2 minutes and pour in the soy sauce. Stir it well

  7. Finally add a little tomato for moisture, butter and sesame seeds.

  8. Mix well and serve in a bowl.
