Ingredients
1 head Garlic
150 gr. Olive oil
Method
- 
Break the head of garlic by pressing it with the palm.
- 
Separate the cloves and put them in a bowl with water and ice cubes for at least 10 minutes.
- 
Drain and clean the cloves simply by peeling.
- 
Pass the cloves through the garlic press and pour them into a bowl with the oil.
- 
Mix with a teaspoon and transfer the oil together with the grated garlic to a clean jar that seals well.
- 
Use garlic oil for sauteed, for salads, etc.
