Garlic oil

Ingredients

1 head Garlic

150 gr. Olive oil

Method

  1. Break the head of garlic by pressing it with the palm.

  2. Separate the cloves and put them in a bowl with water and ice cubes for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Drain and clean the cloves simply by peeling.

  4. Pass the cloves through the garlic press and pour them into a bowl with the oil.

  5. Mix with a teaspoon and transfer the oil together with the grated garlic to a clean jar that seals well.

  6. Use garlic oil for sauteed, for salads, etc.
