Green tea noodles with chicken, mushrooms and poached egg

Ingredients

 

100 gr. Green tea noodles

150 gr. Chicken

1 tbsp. Ginger

1 tbsp. Garlic

1 pc. Fresh onion

30 gr. Carrot

60 gr. Pleurotus mushrooms

40 gr. Soy sauce

1 tbsp. Sesame seeds

1 pc. Poached egg

Method

  1. Boil two pots with plenty of water, one for the noodles and one for the poached egg with a tablespoon of vinegar.

  2. First saute the chicken with sunflower oil in a hot pan, until it is cooked and remove it to a plate .

  3. Put the noodles to boil for 3 minutes, drain and cooled directly under running cold water.

  4. Saute the garlic, ginger, onion, carrot in the same pan with sunflower oil and then add the mushrooms.

  5. Add the chicken back to the pan with the rest of the ingredients, put on the soy sauce and stir.

  6. Finally add the noodles and sesame seeds.

  7. Mix very well until to incorporated all the ingredients together.

  8. Serve the noodles hot and put the egg on top.
