Ingredients

300gr. Avocado

10 pcs. Cherry tomatoes

50 gr. Onion

1 pc. Lime

30 gr. Green apple

50 gr. Walnuts

1 tbsp. Butter

1 tbsp. Olive oil

1 tbsp. Black sesame

2 tbsp. Hot sauce from jalapeños

1 tsp Paprika smoked

Salt

Pepper

Method

  1. Put the butter and finely chopped walnuts in a pan, let them absorb the butter and flavor.

  2. Take a large bowl and add the walnuts, tomatoes, onion and juice of half a lime.

  3. Stir and set aside.

  4. We cut the apple and the avocado last because they turn black quickly and we put them in the bowl * (after we cut them we pour the juice from the other half half of the lime so that they don't turn black).

  5. Finally, add the spices, the sauce, the olive oil and mix well.

  6. Try if you need something and serve in a bowl with tortilla chips.
