Tarts made of muesli with banana cream and fig spoon sweet

Small tarts

Ingredients
- 
FOR THE SMALL TARTS: 
2 pcs. Bananas
260 gr. Muesli (with oats, nuts, dried fruits, etc.)
100 gr. Honey
2 tbsp Cacao powder
2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 
FOR THE CREAM: 
2 pcs. Bananas
120 gr. Cream cheese
100 gr. Fig (spoon sweet)
Method
- 
FOR THE TART:
- 
Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
- 
Add the muesli, cacao, coconut, honey and mix with a silicone spatula.
- 
Transfer the mixture to buttered small tart forms and shape by pressing with your fingers.
- 
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
- 
Remove the tarts from the forms, let them cool and fill with the banana cream.
- 
Serve by putting slices of fig and walnuts.
- 
FOR THE CREAM:
- 
Beat all the ingredients of the cream in the blender to homogenize.
- 
Add a little syrup from the fig sweet spoon in case we want the cream to be more liquid.
- 
We keep the cream in the refrigerator before using it.
