Tarts made of muesli with banana cream and fig spoon sweet 

Small tarts

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMALL TARTS:

2 pcs. Bananas

260 gr. Muesli (with oats, nuts, dried fruits, etc.)

100 gr. Honey

2 tbsp Cacao powder 

2 tbsp Coconut flakes

  • FOR THE CREAM:

2 pcs. Bananas

120 gr. Cream cheese

100 gr. Fig (spoon sweet)

Method

  • FOR THE TART:

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.

  2. Add the muesli, cacao, coconut, honey and mix with a silicone spatula.

  3. Transfer the mixture to buttered small tart forms and shape by pressing with your fingers.

  4. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and then bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove the tarts from the forms, let them cool and fill with the banana cream.

  6. Serve by putting slices of fig and walnuts. 

        

  • FOR THE CREAM:

  1. Beat all the ingredients of the cream in the blender to homogenize.

  2. Add a little syrup from the fig sweet spoon in case we want the cream to be more liquid.

  3. We keep the cream in the refrigerator before using it.
