Noodles with chicken

and vegetables

Ingredients

Noodles

Chicken

Peppers

Baby corn

Mushrooms

Fresh onion

Cabbage

Bean sprouts

Soy sauce

Sweet and sour sauce

Mixture of 5 spices (white pepper, clove, anise, fennel, cinnamon)

Method

  1. We choose the type of noodles we like.

  2. Boil in a saucepan plenty of water, well salted.

  3. Saute the chicken that we have marinated with the 5 spices, in a pan with sunflower oil.

  4. Pour in the soy as soon as the chicken turns brown.

  5. Add the vegetables and let them until cooked through.

  6. Bring the noodles to a boil for about 4 minutes and once they are ready, drain them and throw them directly into the pan.

  7. Pour the sweet and sour sauce and the noodles directly into the pan.

  8. Mix very well until to incorporated all the ingredients together.

  9. Serve the noodles hot.
