Ingredients

250 gr. Salted pistachios

200 gr. Oats

1 tbsp Baking powder

2 tbsp Brown sugar

200 gr. Banana

500 gr. Almond milk

Method​

 

  1. Put the oats in the blender, beat until it becomes a powder and transfer it to a large bowl.

  2. Repeat the same with the pistachios and put them in the same bowl (blending small amounts of oats and pistachios each time, we achieve a better powder depending on the food processor we use).

  3. Add the baking powder to the bowl, mix with a whisk and set aside.

  4. Beat the bananas together with some of the almond milk and sugar in the blender until they are well dissolved.

  5. Pour into the bowl with the oats and peanuts, the rest of the milk and the bananas we blended.

  6. Mix well with a whisk until the ingredients are incorporate.

  7. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

  8. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with a little butter optional.

  9. Take a spoon and spread the pancakes in the pan to the desired size.

  10. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  11. Serve by stacking them one on top of the other, cut thin slices of banana, pour honey and dark chocolate flakes at the end.
