Ingredients

  • 1st way:

1 pc. Perch fillet

4 cubes Butter

1 clove Garlic

Parsley chopped

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

  • 2nd way:

1 pc. Perch fillet

4 cubes Butter

1 clove Garlic

1 pc. Lemon zest

2 slices Lemon

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

  • 3rd way:

1 pc. Perch fillet

4 cubes Butter

2-3 tbsp. Mustard with honey

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Smoked paprika

Method

  1. Cut 3 pieces of baking paper in the size of an baking pan.

  2. Marinate the fillets with the olive oil, salt, pepper on both sides in a plate.

  3. Transfer the fillets to the 3 baking papers separately and place them so we can fold the paper like calzone (Photo 4).

  4. Put the remaining ingredients in each fillet and close the baking paper.

  5. Grab the ends with a clip and bake at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes.

  6. Serve the perch with rice or french fries.
