Pizza with basil pesto

and rocket

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BASE:

250 gr. Pizza dough

70 gr. Tomato sauce for pizza

​

  • FOR THE TOPPINGS:

80 gr. Grated mozzarella

20 gr. Basil pesto

8-10 pcs. Rocket 

​

Method

​

  1. Roll out the dough with flour on a clean surface.

  2. Spread the sauce, add the cheese.

  3. Bake in the oven at 280°Cuntil it gets a nice color underneath and on the crust.

  4. Take the pizza out of the oven and put the pesto on top with a spoon.

  5. Serve with a few rocket leaves on top.
