Pizza with vegetables, olives and feta

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BASE:

250 gr. Pizza dough

70 gr. Tomato sauce for pizza

  • FOR THE COATING:

70 gr. Grated mozzarella

30 gr. Onion 

40 gr. Green pepper

70 gr. Feta 

50 gr. Tomato

30 gr. Olives

Oregano

Method

  1. Roll out the dough with flour on a clean surface.  

  2. Spread the sauce on the dough, add the mozzarella and then all the other ingredients.

  3. Bake in the oven at 280°C until it gets a nice color underneath and on the crust.

  4. Add some grated oregano before serving.
