Pork stew with black beer sauce

Ingredients
500 gr. Pork neck in big cubes
30 gr. Balsamic vinegar
330 gr. Black beer
30 gr. Honey
2 pcs. Dried onions in cubes
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Smoked paprika
Method

Marinate the pork with olive oil, salt, pepper and saute over high heat in a non-stick pan until it turns golden brown.

Add the balsamic vinegar, let it evaporate and after pour in the beer.

Add the honey, onions and paprika, mix well and cover the pot with the lid.

Lower medium heat, simmering the pork until soft and the sauce thickens, about 45 minutes.

In case the meat is not fully cooked and the pot does not have liquids, add water or broth. This depends on the size of the meat and the type of meat we have use.

Serve the stew hot, with parsley leaves.
