Potato salad with mustard

Ingredients

1000 gr. Potatoes 

120 gr. Pickled cucumber 

80 gr. Red onion 

50 gr. Mustard

1 pc. Lemon juice

Finely chopped dill

Garlic oil

Olive oil

Salt

Black ground pepper

Method

  1. Wash the potatoes well with a clean sponge to remove the soil.

  2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.

  3. Add enough salt and pepper to grains.

  4. Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the potato), until soft, but do not overcook.

  5. Drain the potatoes and peel them.

  6. Cut into large cubes after they have cooled and transfer them to a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and stir gently .

  7. Serve the potato salad on the plate with a slice of lemon.
