Ingredients
1000 gr. Potatoes
120 gr. Pickled cucumber
80 gr. Red onion
50 gr. Mustard
1 pc. Lemon juice
Finely chopped dill
Garlic oil
Olive oil
Salt
Black ground pepper
Method
- 
Wash the potatoes well with a clean sponge to remove the soil.
- 
Put the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
- 
Add enough salt and pepper to grains.
- 
Bring the water to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the size of the potato), until soft, but do not overcook.
- 
Drain the potatoes and peel them.
- 
Cut into large cubes after they have cooled and transfer them to a large bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and stir gently .
- 
Serve the potato salad on the plate with a slice of lemon.
