Rice noodles with vegetables and fresh coconut

Ingredients

 

100gr. Rice noodles

1 tsp. Ginger

1 clove. Garlic

30 gr. Carrot

20 gr. Red peppers

30 gr. Baby corn

20 gr. Green beans

10 gr. Fresh coconut

1 pc. Fresh onion

40 gr. Soy sauce

40 gr. Teriyaki sauce

Method

  1. Boil a pot with plenty of water, well salted.

  2. Put the noodles to boil for 3 minutes, drain and cooled directly under running cold water.

  3. Saute garlic, ginger, carrot and pepper with sunflower oil in the pan to get a nice color.

  4. Then add the corn, beans and coconut, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add soy and teriyaki sauce.

  6. Finally add the noodles and sesame seeds.

  7. Mix very well until to incorporated all the ingredients together.

  8. Serve the noodles hot.
