Rice noodles with vegetables and fresh coconut

Ingredients
100gr. Rice noodles
1 tsp. Ginger
1 clove. Garlic
30 gr. Carrot
20 gr. Red peppers
30 gr. Baby corn
20 gr. Green beans
10 gr. Fresh coconut
1 pc. Fresh onion
40 gr. Soy sauce
40 gr. Teriyaki sauce
Method
- 
Boil a pot with plenty of water, well salted.
- 
Put the noodles to boil for 3 minutes, drain and cooled directly under running cold water.
- 
Saute garlic, ginger, carrot and pepper with sunflower oil in the pan to get a nice color.
- 
Then add the corn, beans and coconut, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- 
Add soy and teriyaki sauce.
- 
Finally add the noodles and sesame seeds.
- 
Mix very well until to incorporated all the ingredients together.
- 
Serve the noodles hot.
