Smoothie with pineapple, coconut, spinach and banana

Ingredients

300 gr. Pineapple

200 gr. Coconut water

30 gr. Fresh spinach

1 tbsp. Linseed

1 pc. Banana

Mint

Lemon balm

Method

  1. Put  first the linseed in the blender and beat it until it breaks.

  2. Then add all the remaining ingredients and beat until dissolved.

  3. Serve the smoothie with some ice optional, mint leaves and lemon balm.
