Wheat noodles (somen)
Peppers
Cauliflower
Corn
Mushrooms
Fresh onion
Olives
Cashew
Soy sauce
Mustard sauce with honey
Salt
Black pepper
Black sesame
Ginger powder
Method
- 
Boil in a saucepan plenty of water, well salted.
- 
Put the noodles to boil for 3 minutes, drain and cooled directly under running cold water.
- 
Saute the vegetables in a hot non-stick pan with sunflower oil until they get a nice golden color.
- 
Add the olives, spices and the soy sauce.
- 
Pour the mustard sauce and the noodles directly into the pan .
- 
Mix very well until to incorporated all the ingredients together.
- 
Serve the noodles hot.
