Ingredients

Wheat noodles (somen)

Peppers

Cauliflower

Corn

Mushrooms

Fresh onion

Olives

Cashew

Soy sauce

Mustard sauce with honey

Salt

Black pepper

Black sesame

Ginger powder

Method

  1. Boil in a saucepan plenty of water, well salted.

  2. Put the noodles to boil for 3 minutes, drain and cooled directly under running cold water.

  3. Saute the vegetables in a hot non-stick pan with sunflower oil until they get a nice golden color.

  4. Add the olives, spices and the soy sauce.

  5. Pour the mustard sauce and the noodles directly into the pan .

  6. Mix very well until to incorporated all the ingredients together.

  7. Serve the noodles hot.
