Ingredients
10 pcs. White mushrooms
150 gr. Cream cheese
10 gr. Fresh onion
100 gr. Fresh spinach
30 gr. Spicy mustard
Olive oil
Salt
Black ground pepper
Sweet paprika
Poppy seeds
Breadcrumbs
Method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Remove the stalks and the skin from the mushrooms and marinate them with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Wash the spinach very well and chop it coarsely after removing its stalks.

Finely chop the onion and the stalks of the mushrooms and saute them in the pan to get color.

Add the spinach, saute until it withers and then remove the pan from the heat.

Finally add the cream cheese, mustard, salt and paprika directly.

Mix well until to incorporated all the ingredients together and taste if something is needed.

Stuff the mushrooms with the filling we prepared using a small spoon.

Transfer the mushrooms to a baking sheet and toss some breadcrumbs and poppy seeds on top of each one.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 until the mushrooms are cooked and golden.

Serve either as an appetizer or as a side dish with rice or potatoes.
