Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

15 pcs. White mushrooms

130 gr. Cream cheese

10 gr. Fresh onion

50 gr. Red roasted pepper

30 gr. Olives

Olive oil

Salt

Garlic powder

Black ground pepper

Sweet paprika

Black sesame

Lemon juice

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  2. Remove the stalk and the skin from the mushrooms.

  3. Finely chop the onion, peppers, olives and transfer to a bowl.

  4. Pour the cream cheese, spices and olive oil into the bowl, stir to incorporate and the filling is ready.

  5. Stuff the mushrooms with the filling we prepared using a small spoon.

  6. Transfer the mushrooms to a baking sheet and put sesame seeds on top of each one.

  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 until the mushrooms are cooked and golden.

  8. Remove as soon as they are ready and add the zest.

  9. Serve either as an appetizer or as a side dish with rice or potatoes.
