Ingredients
- 
FOR TUNA BALLS: 
150 gr. Canned tuna
10 gr. Mustard
20 gr. Fresh chopped onion
10 gr. Parsley chopped
40 gr. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes
10 gr. Lemon juice
20 gr. Breadcrumbs
50 gr. Egg
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Flour for pane
- 
FOR MUSTARD SAUCE: 
30 gr. Dijon mustard
10 gr. Balsamic vinegar cream
20 gr. Coconut oil
Black pepper
Lemon juice
Method
- 
FOR TUNA BALLS:
- 
Drain the tuna very well in a colander and break it with a fork.
- 
Pour the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and finally the tuna.
- 
Mix very well until all the ingredients are incorporate together.
- 
Form into small balls of 30 gr. and pane them with flour.
- 
Shake off the excess flour and transfer them to a hot pan with sunflower oil.
- 
Let them fry on one side and when are crispy and golden, turn them on the other side.
- 
Remove the meatballs when they are ready on absorbent paper.
- 
FOR MUSTARD SAUCE:
- 
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan.
- 
Beat all the ingredients in a bowl with a fork and incorporate the oil until smooth.
