Ingredients

 

  • FOR TUNA BALLS:

150 gr. Canned tuna

10 gr. Mustard

20 gr. Fresh chopped onion

10 gr. Parsley chopped

40 gr. Chopped sun-dried tomatoes

10 gr. Lemon juice

20 gr. Breadcrumbs

50 gr. Egg

Salt

Black pepper

Cayenne pepper

Flour for pane

  • FOR MUSTARD SAUCE:

30 gr. Dijon mustard

10 gr. Balsamic vinegar cream

20 gr. Coconut oil

Black pepper

Lemon juice

Method

  • FOR TUNA BALLS:

  1. Drain the tuna very well in a colander and break it with a fork.

  2. Pour the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and finally the tuna.

  3. Mix very well until all the ingredients are incorporate together.

  4. Form into small balls of 30 gr. and pane them with flour.

  5. Shake off the excess flour and transfer them to a hot pan with sunflower oil.

  6. Let them fry on one side and when are crispy and golden, turn them on the other side.

  7. Remove the meatballs when they are ready on absorbent paper.

  • FOR MUSTARD SAUCE:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan.

  2. Beat all the ingredients in a bowl with a fork and incorporate the oil until smooth.
